Hi Ms Tan here, I have previously sprain my ankle and one of my friend recommended me to come for TCM at home service. So I call in and happen to know Mr Peter, he was very kind and helpful and help me to search over all physician in his group and recommended me to see physican Liau.
When physican Liau came to my house she is very caring she knows I couldn’t I walk was in pain due to nerve and ligament swollen. She quickly hand hold me to my sofa and asked me politely weather can she grab a chair for herself. I said yes.
When she sat down, she took a oilment called Red Flower Oil (正红花油) she told me she will use this oil rub over her hand and use her gentle plus her hardness pressure to press on the acuppressure point to realise to reduce inflammation, increase circulation and prevent infection. Physican Liau told me that it is to promote the blood circulation and help on the Qi (氣) to flow well to prevent any congestion will stuck inside the injury area as can really see it which there is bruises and blood when any function of the body actually being injured therefore it will stuck in the tissue area, getting longer will become a blood cloth in that infection area. She help me to rape cloth with the ointment around my ankles for speed recovery and pass some medication together with the ointment for my ankle.
In fact, In the middle of the treatment I can feel my ankle rejuvenate very soon and my blood start to flow naturally. My symptoms has improved alot on the spot. After physican Liau left I can slowly walk. Physican ask me to rest my leg for few days and it’s alright after 3days, it’s fast.
It’s was real great for the overall experience and I’ll definitely ask Physican Liau to come again when is needed arise despite any illness or sickness. I was very thankful and please with the wonderful service brought by TCM at Home.

Would like to recommend Physician Liau Kuek Fong for her superb skills in releasing strained neck injury with acupuncture. After the treatment, my pain level was relief up to 50% (based on case to case basis of course) and it got better as the days goes. I was recovering well as the days passed.
She also personally does follow up for your recovery status.

Physician Liau Kuek Fong treated my elderly mum who has a number of issues. My mum has a fractured back, CKD stage 3, chronic burping and lots of stomach wind causing her to vomit when she ate or drank. My mum was very weak and tired prior to treatment by Physician Liau as she was not eating.
After the first acupuncture treatment by Physician Liau and taking the medicine prescribed, my mum’s burping and stomach wind condition improved quickly within 2 days and she was able to eat. Her energy level has improved and was less tired.
Physician Liau has also followed up with text messages to ask about my mum’s condition after seeing her.
Would highly recommend Physician Liau especially for those seeking home tcm treatments.
